Payments for rentals or chauffeured services are accepted via credit card, electronic transfer, or Yoco payment link, unless otherwise arranged. Payments must clear on our side before vehicles will be handed over or dispatched from our premises.

The deposit/excess amount is authorized for self-drive rentals before a vehicle can be handed over and can only be placed on a credit card or debit card. This amount will with drawn from the card provided for the duration of the rental. The card provided must be in the renters name and have the renters name/initial and surname embossed on the card and the card used must be present amount delivery of a self-drive rental as it serves as an additional from of identification. 

Payments must be made in full before vehicles can be delivered/released for self-drive rentals or dispatched from our depot for chauffeur-driven services.

Reservations made in advance must pay a deposit on the invoice amount to secure the reservation dates and times, these terms will be indicated upon quotation.
