Payments are paid via credit cards unless otherwise arranged. A deposit/excess amount is authorised to secure the reservation.

This amount is authorised with the bank to be withheld from the credit card. The amount is not drawn from the credit card, merely withheld by the bank. Once this has been completed, the rental amount is drawn from the credit card.

Reservations long in advance must pay a 10% non-refundable deposit on the rental amount to secure the reservation dates and times. Closer to the actual reservation date, the deposit will be withheld and the rest of the rental amount drawn.

Vehicles must be paid in full before they are delivered. Payments for the rental amount can be paid in cash or via internet banking with proof of payment slips/papers, but this must be pre-arranged with management.

Terms & Conditions


* Payments: to be made upfront and in full
* Identification: Drivers must produce a valid drivers license before the vehicle can be released
* Credit Card Surcharge: 4% Surcharge levied for card payments
* Accidents Handling Fee: R500.00 levied on all Damages
* Speeding Fines: All speeding fines incur a R500.00 Admin Fee
* No Smoking in vehicles: a valet charge of R750.00 applies should this not be adhered to
* Fuel: Vehicles not returned full will incur the cost to fill the vehicle times 1.5
* Additional Drivers (other than the card holder) incur a once off fee of R250.00 per driver
* Age Limits: Drivers must be 25 years or older, Supercar rentals drivers must be 30 years or older
* Delivery & Collection: Free Delivery 25km radius from office between 08h00 - 20h00 during working week, deliveries outside of these times and area are subject to a fee R250.00 or more dependent on location and time
* Collections: Collections later than 1hr after agreed upon time incur a full extra days charge
* Cross Border Rentals: Status Luxury Vehicles does not offer cross border rentals unless prearranged with management
* Commissions: Paid at end of rentals, only paid on daily rate and initial booking
* Chauffeur Drive's: Any damages caused to vehicle by client are at the clients expense and any extra hours to be charged at rate subject to specific vehicle

Cancellation's

* 24hrs - 100% Cancellation
* 72 hrs - 50% Cancellation
* 7 Days - 25% Cancellation
* Non-Refundable - 10%
